Vice President and Senior Physicist
Dr. Kenneth N. Ricci was appointed vice president and senior physicist in 2008. Prior to joining DBI Dr. Ricci provided senior consulting physicist services to D’Auvergne. Dr. Ricci has spent the last few years as an industrial physicist developing scientific instrumentation for an optical instrument corporation and also has served as a senior research scientist for the Bay Area Environmental Research Institute of the NASA Ames Research Center. Earlier Dr. Ricci worked in research for a laser technology start-up corporation.
Dr. Ricci earned his Ph.D. and M.S. from Stanford University and earned both a B.S. in physics and a B.A. in literature from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
